Driving Instructor
Kildare/Meath

Purpose of Job
The purpose of this position is to provide driving tuition and assessment to drivers with disabilities in a vehicle supplied by the Irish Wheelchair Association in the Kildare/Meath area. This vehicle is specifically adapted for this purpose.
Close liaison will be required with the National Transport Manager based in Clane, Co Kildare
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Provide driving tuition and assessment to motorists with disabilities
Provide motoring advice to pupils on all relevant motoring issues
Record all assessments and tuition as per IWA guidelines
Undergo training as requested by National Transport Manager
Comprehensive training is provided
Qualifications and Skills
Current registration as an Approved Driving Instructor with the RSA
Have a current and clean driving licence
Remuneration
€ 40 per hour
Vehicle will be provided by Irish Wheelchair Association
