You will be responsible for the safe transportation of donations from the public to the IWA retail stores and storage area nationwide.
Please note this role requires daytime availability on 3 days each week.
Liaison
Close liaison is required with the National Retail Manager for the successful implementation of this position. Links will also be made with Shop Supervisors and staff as well as members of the public.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Transport donations to and from the shops daily, and to and from members of the public who may require donations to be collected from their homes.
Record and report any hazards, accidents or potential incidents to the National Retail Manager.
Ensure that the vehicle for which you are responsible is always in a roadworthy condition and make such arrangements as are necessary for the maintenance, cleanliness and repairs of such vehicles in consultation with the National Retail Manager.
Actively ensure that standards and practices regarding health and safety are fully adhered to in all areas.
Carry out any other duties and / or responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time by the National Retails Manager.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Training, Experience and Qualifications
Full clean Driving licence, Category B is essential.
Excellent customer service experience
Experience of working on delivers and collections in the past is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations, as well as transport safety and standards of use is essential.
Ability to work as part of a team, and on own initiative as appropriate.

Hourly rate €14.23 to €15.82 Depending on Experience
